Located in the Parish of Maughold, Upper Primrose Lodge hosts Prime Belted Galloway Cattle and Grey Faced Cross Charolais sheep. The Belted Galloway cattle are finished on grass, haylage and barley for extra flavour and taste.
Jimmy Allison is very proud of his Farm Assured Belted Galloways and is looking forward to supplying Andreas Meat Company over the Christmas and New Year period.
Andreas Meat Company will mature the Prime Beef cuts for 21-28 days.
