We are pleased to announce, that after all the hard work in January (which is constantly ongoing), we have obtained SALSA approval.
This has been a huge team effort from every member of staff, with lots of paperwork and new procedures to work around. We are so proud of our staff who have all played a part in the accreditation and also our food consultant Maria Parsons Food Hygiene Consultancy who has played a vital role.
This goes to show that we are at the very top of our game and are striving for the best products. All of our customers will have the confidence that they are buying exceptional quality products from us.
The summary comment from the audit sums up everything ‘an excellent small cutting and curing and processing site for the manufacture of fresh meat and meat preparations’.
