Andreas Meats produces the Premium Home Cured Back and Streaky Bacon.
The Bacon is prepared by the Andreas Meats butchers and very carefully home cured by hand using the traditional method of rubbing the Pork Loins and Bellies with our traditional salt cure recipe. The Pork is then cured for approximately 5-7 days then sliced into Bacon and Bacon Chops.
