Ingredients:
- 500g lamb mince
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2tsp cumin
- 2tsp coriander
- 2tsp paprika
- 2tsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
To Serve:
- Cumin & Lemon Yoghurt Dip
- Homemade Flatbreads
- Shredded Red Cabbage
- Carrot & Fresh Mint Salad
Method:
- Place all Kofta ingredients into a bowl & mix well.
- Divide meat into 8 equal pieces and shape into Koftas.
- Preheat 1/2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium/high heat. Cook in batches for 5-10 mins, until browned all over & cooked through.
- Insert skewers, serve with yoghurt dip, homemade flatbreads & salad.
