British Black Pudding (Christmas)

British black pudding refers to a type of black pudding which is a traditional British and Irish delicacy made from pork blood, fat, oatmeal, and a variety of seasonings. Our black pudding, like other varieties of black pudding, has a distinctive flavour and texture. It is rich, savoury, and slightly spicy.
