Butchered Lamb

We are pleased to be able to offer Whole and Half Butchered Lambs. These are available for delivery on a Friday and must be ordered a week in advance.

Whole Butchered Lamb includes:

• 1 x Neck
• 2 x Whole Shoulder (Boned & Rolled)
• 2x Racks
• 10-12 Chops
• 2 x Breast (Rolled)
• 2 x Chumps (Top of the leg joint)
• 2 x Short Legs & Shanks (Bone in)

Half Butchered Lamb includes:

• 1 x Whole Shoulder (Boned & Rolled)
• 1 x Rack
• 4-6 Chops
• 1 x Breast (Rolled)
• 1 x Chumps (Top of the leg joint)
• 1 x Short Legs & Shanks (Bone in)
