All the sausages are produced from the Manx Pork supplied by Isle of Man Meats on a weekly basis. The cuts used are Shoulder and Belly. We use our traditional recipe which has resulted in 6 Great Taste Awards, won in 2018. The sausages we produce vary from:

• Farmhouse Pork

• Manx Dragon sausages
• Pork and Black Pudding sausages
• Chipolata
• Cumberland
